Each snowman is crafted from rustic terracotta clay and finished with a soft white slip, creating a warm, natural background that highlights the hand-drawn details. The design is carefully painted and etched by hand, celebrating the beauty of slow ceramics and traditional craftsmanship.
Every snowman wears his own unique combination of hat and scarf colours, making each piece slightly different and truly one of a kind. A bright carrot nose adds a cheerful festive touch, while the fine dark contour lines gently frame the illustration and allow the natural terracotta edges to show through.
Subtle brush textures remain visible beneath the glaze, giving the ornament depth, character, and a beautifully imperfect handmade feel.

How It’s Made
Each ornament is individually shaped by hand from terracotta clay. After drying, white slip is applied and the snowman is illustrated and etched by hand. The piece is then glazed and kiln fired for strength and durability.
Because every ornament is handmade, no two snowmen will ever be exactly the same.
