Grey Crackle Tealight Holder (3 Tealights, Reclaimed Wood)

A handmade reclaimed-wood tealight holder for three tealights, hand-painted with grey chalk crackle paint by our maker in Scotland.

The making: Cut from reclaimed timber into a compact bar with three round tealight wells. Painted first with a white base, then a layer of grey chalk paint applied on top so that as it dries it cracks, revealing flashes of the white underneath — a deliberate crackle finish, not damage. The result is a matt grey surface with fine fissures of white running through it. Indoor use only.

How it looks: A small rectangular wooden bar painted soft chalky grey with the white base showing through in the crackle. The matt surface keeps the focus on texture rather than shine.
